About Marti MacGibbon

Having been able to find hope and humor even while in dangerous places, Marti can put together a customized program to meet your needs – if you want your audiences to laugh uproariously while gaining vital skills for improving their work or life. Marti is an inspirational speaker, humorist, and author of the critically acclaimed memoir Never Give In to Fear: Laughing All the Way Up From Rock Bottom. She survived human trafficking, addiction and homelessness. Marti has rebounded to live a prosperous life and delivers a personal “rags to riches” story that is powerful and uplifting. Her articles have appeared in over 150 magazines, and she’s been interviewed in Entrepreneur, Investors Business Daily, and on ABC-TV and CBS-TV in addition to numerous radio shows. She’s performed standup at the Hollywood Improv and L.A.’s Comedy Store. Marti’s clients include The Emergency Nurses Association, and The United Way.
